At first, I was a little skeptical about buying them but once I put them on and walked around a bit, that skepticism was gone. These little comfy things are absolutely excellent for walking and standing for extended periods of time. Running in them did feel a little odd but only because they have a little extra padding on the heel to keep your heels from getting worn out. But the comfort level is still beyond what I expected.
